I create live performances out of the stuff that makes us who we are, in order to understand things we can’t explain.
I experiment with voice & body to expose our edges and ask what is inside to come out into the open.
I compose with the sensations that run through us, weaving multilayered performances out of movement, text & sound.
I dance, write words, act, draw, edits films and record Dj mixes, searching for liveness in unknown places.

I train & lead others in making potent expressions. My choreographies encourage people to feel themselves in motion, letting them know it’s ok to let go, do their thing and be into what they are into. My teachers taught me performance can develop us as human beings in this world. My work draws on their wisdom to question limits, subvert norms and sense one another. I believe this practice can help us be kinder, feel less lost and reach towards the extraordinary.
